She completed her doctoral studies in 2024 at the Department of International Relations at Middle East Technical University. During the 2021-2022 academic year, she served as a visiting researcher in the School of Communication at Northwestern University and also worked as a teaching assistant as a Fulbright scholar. She teaches courses on Turkish-American Relations, the U.S. Government and Politics, and World History.
