Emre Demir

Emre Demir is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at TED University, Ankara, Turkey. He previously held visiting positions at New York University and Peking University. His research interests include Chinese foreign policy and China’s political economy. He is the author of Contemporary China in Anglo-American and Chinese Perspectives: Making Sense of a Rising China (Routledge, 2023). His articles have appeared, among others, in Turkish Studies and Asian Perspective.
