Gaffar Haklı graduated from the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Necmettin Erbakan University’s Faculty of Political Sciences in 2026. He focuses on developing himself in political science, international relations, public diplomacy, and foreign policy. He continuously improves his analytical thinking, research, and reporting skills.
